Conference Support Speaker programs work to place speakers at desired conferences, increasing executive and company visibility, which in turn create new public relations and marketing opportunities. Conference support offers valuable assistance with creating and maintaining corporate opportunities. Conferences are great venues in which to elevate company exposure on a variety of levels. Public relations teams use these opportunities to schedule press interviews, host cocktail events and garner media attention. Marketing works to bring attendees into the booth, qualifying prospects and solidifying relationships with current customers. Surrounding each conference, there are a flurry of requirements: abstracts, draft papers, final papers, conference content, marketing collateral, executive biographies, session handouts, presentations, web and advertising content for industry publications, press releases, and editorial inquiries. Though public relations and marketing prepare a large amount of the documentation, deadline driven requirements create a need for additional assistance. Conference support is also a complimentary function of marketing and public relations and provides an informed team-member resource to offload the need for content. It is also a complimentary aspect of current pr and marketing efforts, providing extra help when and where it’s needed most. Available to take on specific tasks such as the development of session handouts, creation of conference brochure content, and overall presentation development, I am also able to assist on site with administrative efforts. Tasks such as: stocking collateral in the press room, posting press releases, circulating invites to the booth and sponsored events, and arranging meeting accommodations for public relations’ interview appointments can be delegated to streamline conference efforts. Arrangements As with all aspects of my services, conference support is available as a single component or combined with other corporate initiatives.
